Great summary as always Jeremy! I have read (and share) concerns around data privacy and Granola. The free tools all have to find a way to stay in business and I worry the information being processed is in some way being monetized. I’ll need to look into that more before adopting. Has anyone in the community looked into this side of Granola?

Will have to explore Granola more. I know I’ve really appreciated Mem’s voice notes capabilities.

Two questions: Does Granola work in Spanish also? What AI notes app would you recommend for a one-person shop? Thanks!

Hi David, yes! I use it mainly as an individual and I do recommend it for others working solo. And yes, Spanish works.

Here’s the fuller list of languages Granola can transcribe, which was left on the cutting room floor for this post: Granola supports the following languages on iPhone and using the Multi-language setting on macOS/Windows: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese, Russian, and Hindi. In addition, Granola on iPhone also supports Mandarin Chinese, Finnish, Korean, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. https://docs.granola.ai/help-center/customising-granola/multi-language

I love Granola and I learned a few new things from your article. I’m just starting to use Claude. How specifically do I import the booster into Claude? Thanks much.

Hi Celeste, you can use the Granola Recipe Booster I made on its own and copy and paste any recipe you make into Granola, if that’s what you’re asking?

If you want to connect Granola and Claude it actually takes just a couple minutes, just follow the MCP steps here: https://docs.granola.ai/help-center/sharing/integrations/mcp

Many thanks. I’ll give it a try.
