Thank you for the mention here! Vanderkam's 168 hours was a formative read for me, so this feels like a lovely little full-circle coupling 💙

Good suggestions today, thanks. I was thinking about the tools I use for my current book project, helping a 92-year-old retired physician author who can no longer read or type finish his book, as we are sit 2300 miles apart. After much gashing of teeth and whaling of emotions, I have blended Plaud Note Pro for recording, storing, and transcribing our daily 90-minute phone calls. Then I use Superwhisper to dictate short notes and/or reminders. Finally, Claude serves as the project manager, keeping track of manuscript changes, tasks to be done, accomplishments, book schedule, Substack posting schedule, and problem areas. I have Claude on a tight leash, with three pages outlining what he can and cannot do. 60 days and 100 hours later, we have 39 chapters and over 53K words drafted of his book "The Perils of the Spiritual Path." Without tech, there is no way I could help my dear friend. Thank!
