📚 Adopt new tiny habits and little experiments
Consider planning weekly experiments instead of giant New Year’s resolutions. Research shows resolutions aren’t particularly useful. If you need to make a resolution, try a New Year’s First.
Better yet, read Atomic Habits or Tiny Habits. Both books suggest adopting small, repeatable daily behaviors, rather than gigantic far-off goals. Sketching out a new positive habit may seem less sexy than drawing up a long list of resolutions, but it’s likely to more impactful.
