Julius used to be a great application but the developers have slowed down the initial response times so much it is useless. When you ask a question, it takes several minutes to respond. If you get a bad answer initially, the AI remains confused and you have to start over by asking a new question and waiting the several minutes to get your initial response. This makes the software so aggravating that you will want to punch your computer. DO NOT BUY.
Thanks for sharing your experience! I'd be curious to hear from others who have had similar — or different — experiences. In a recent session we hosted for a Wonder Tools live event for paid subscribers, the response time for Julius queries was quick, but it doesn't sound like that was your experience, so thanks for sharing your input. The service is still fairly new — as are so many AI services — so it'll be interesting to see how it develops further in the year ahead.
