I find this tool so useful. I'm a writer so it doesn't write for me but I use it regularly to remind me, to research things that used to take me hours or days. Sometimes I correct it. I am old. I know things. Looking forward to using some of these new voice functions. So appreciate all you are doing to crack open the future unfolding to us.

Once again…,So valuable. A Question: I wrote a book. Short one. Can I have a ‘conversation’ where GPT ‘interviews’ me about ideas from the book? Not sure how to go about that either… Thanks so much. Greatly appreciate you and your work. ❤️
Yes! Absolutely. You can definitely have ChatGPT interview you about your book. Start by telling it to act as an expert interviewer and domain expert. Then tell it about the book and your approach and your ideas and then ask it to ask you a series of thoughtful, probing questions and to follow up on your answers. Ask it to listen carefully and not interrupt you even if you pause briefly. Then ask it to summarize some of what it understood you to have said and to check with you to see if there’s more you want to add. You can even ask it to act like a particular kind of author, thinker, or reader if you want a certain type of questions to be asked, or you can give it a list of base questions to start with, or ask it to recommend a series of questions and ask for your approval before diving in to the interview. Yes, John. One follow-up for clarification. You need not necessarily submit the text of the book, you can summarize your primary ideas in your own words and voice, or share a summary. ChatGPT wouldn't need the full book to conduct an interview with you, though you can feed as much or as little of the book's material to it to give it context as you see fit.
