Love this! Notion and DayOne are all core parts of my personal stack. And I'm a fan of Pitch.com, too. Excited to check out Sorted and Wakeout. And people keep recommending Roam and Craft to me, but I haven't made the jump yet 😄

Excellent list, thanks. However, you might want to add Adobe Creative Cloud and other authoring tools for graphics, apps for audio and video editing, screen capture apps, and a discussion of security (for example, what we are missing if we use only Windows Defender and a free anti-virus program). Options for Website creation deserve an different discussion.

Thank you for sharing your deep workflow. It's very interesting that you use several note-taking apps for different purposes. I've been using Notion and Obsidian these days to collect, organize, and synthesize for my thoughts.

As I read a tons of web articles, Instapaper, Readwise, and Glasp save my workflow a lot FYI. Would love to know more about your thoughts around web articles and reading experience there.
