Some of my favorite usecases are getting book recommendations based on my reading habits, sparring for product ideas and, as a journalist who likes coding but isn’t super great at it, building stuff in Cursor. I recently made a list with some

of the ways I use AI, with prompts to use and adapt: https://labs.davidbauer.ch/how-i-use-ai/ (again, this site was built with extensive help from Claude through Cursor)

Great articles as always.

You could use devil's advocate to help you craft a better prompt for ChatGPT 5 in learning. My prompts have needed to be changed as each new model roles out.

Lesson learned... give the best possible prompts, save them, then update over time. I always start with a prompt and a goal, then have the LLM quiz me on how to make it better. Once I have a good prompt, then start a new chat and upload data files and relevant information.

Great article, Jeremy! I particularly enjoyed reading about how AI can enhance learning and decision-making. It's fascinating to see the practical applications of AI in various fields, especially in journalism and coding as you mentioned. The book recommendations and product idea sparring are indeed useful AI functionalities. I'd love to hear more about your experiences with Cursor and how it has helped you in your projects. Keep sharing your insights on leveraging AI for creative thinking! https://phoedit.com/

I've been using Napkin since you recommended it a few months ago. For me, this is the best version of AI: it takes my IP and makes it into a handy visual.

I'm not interested in AI doing my thinking for me, but I am interested in it coming up with handy, better solutions than I could, in a fraction of the time.

Hi Jeremy, I was wondering if you would be interested in participating in our research about the future of AI in Creative Industries? Would be really keen to hear your perspectives. It only takes 10mins and I am sure you will find it interesting.
