I love your use of Day One. To me, everything that doesn't have the printing service pales in comparison. I wish we could select the size and quality of Day One books, but even as they are, I mainly print them as photo albums. I used to create elaborate photobooks, but I don't have time for that anymore, although everyone loves them (I now only make them to document our vacations or special occasions). I use Day One to capture our day to day pictures (and very short descriptions) on the go, and then every 6 months or so, I print a book. It is genius.

I love Day One. In addition to my daily journal I created a motivation journal where I capture inspirational quotes or moments. I use this in my writing. I use Tags to have subjounals in my daily journal. An example Is "2023 progress" where I post daily on changes in my life this year.

How does Day One handle audio or video files in the printed book? Does it mention them? Or just ignore those entries for printing?
