Akiflow is a great tool for time boxing. It synchronises with many todo applications and with your Google calandra. I’ve been using it for 2 years and really like it.
I recommend the new-ish calendar display and syncing options in Todoist for timeblocking. I display all of my Todoist tasks in Fantastical and drag, drop, shrink and expand them to plan out my workdays. Works very well, and no need to pay for (or check) an additional app like Sunsama.
Thanks for the post. I’ve tried multiple cloud tools and at the end of the story my favorite tool is OBSIDIAN. Works perfectly on all plataform, OS and mobile too. Free of charge.
Great post. Love time boxing and, even as a teacher where things can happen out of the blue it helps keep me on the straight and narrow.
I also tried Motion and I understood that time boxing is not for everyone 😏
It's just too strict for me.

This sounds like the next level for me, thank you.

As a one-person agency, I'd like to know what reporting Sunsuma, Obsidian, and Akiflow provide.
Great to hear your voice again Jeremy! Loved your voiceover!

Thank you for the shoutout, Jeremy! I'm glad you introduced me to both Timbering and Shortform. I'm going to check both of them out.
